Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Foyer app and widget, made by Josh Haines in the United Kingdom. Foyer is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
Foyer Pro
Foyer is free to use with one widget layout. Foyer Pro unlocks every layout, source and theme, plus unlimited AI designs (subject to a fair-use limit of 50 a day). Pro is available as:
- a monthly subscription (£2.99 a month),
- a yearly subscription (£19.99 a year) with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or
- a one-off lifetime purchase (£39.99).
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by country.
Subscriptions and renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If you start a free trial, you're charged when it ends unless you cancel before then; any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
The AI Designer
Only upload images you have the right to use. The AI Designer suggests colours and styles automatically and can make mistakes. Images that appear to contain nudity, violence or other unsafe content are rejected. Free users get one AI design per device.

How Foyer handles your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Foyer is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we can't promise the widget will always show up-to-date information, so please don't rely on it alone for anything critical. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
